Synopsis:
Abot Kamay Na Pangarap is a family drama about a young woman named Zoey (Jillian Ward) who dreams of becoming a doctor. She is supported by her mother, Lyneth (Carmina Villarroel), but she faces opposition from her grandmother, Moira (Pinky Amador).
Recap:
The episode begins with Zoey and her friends celebrating her acceptance to medical school. Lyneth is overjoyed, but Moira is not happy. She tries to convince Zoey to give up on her dream, but Zoey is determined to follow her heart.
Moira then turns to Robert, Zoey’s father, for help. Robert is initially hesitant, but he eventually agrees to talk to Zoey. He tells her that he supports her dream, but he also warns her that it will be a difficult journey.
Zoey is grateful for her father’s support, but she is still determined to prove herself to Moira. She vows to work hard and become a doctor, even if it means going against Moira’s wishes.

Thoughts:
This episode was a great setup for the rest of the series. It introduced the main characters and their motivations, and it set the stakes for Zoey’s journey. I’m excited to see how Zoey’s story unfolds, and I’m rooting for her to achieve her dream.
I also enjoyed the performances of the cast. Jillian Ward was particularly good as Zoey. She brought a lot of energy and charisma to the role, and she made Zoey’s journey both relatable and inspiring.
Overall, I thought this was a great episode. It was well-written, well-acted, and emotionally engaging. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next.
