For the 2023 AIG Scholarships, we are looking for adequately qualified Nigerians who are interested in pursuing a career in public service and would like to earn a Master of Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. Applications can be found here.
Future leaders of the public sector who have exhibited a passion for the public sector were each awarded a scholarship with a value of over £50,000 because of their commitment to the public sector. When academics have finished their degrees, they go back to their home countries and put what they’ve learned to use by contributing to the improvement of policymaking, reform efforts, and the overall growth of their nations.

Scholarships offered by AIG to Nigerian Students | Eligibility Requirements
Applicants who are interested in the AIG Scholarships for Nigerians 2022/23 must satisfy the following conditions in order to be considered for the awards:
A Nigerian citizen who is currently employed in the public sector (ministries, departments, agencies, and parastatals) at either the federal or state level is required to apply.
between the ages of 25 and 45 years old.
Have a minimum of seven years’ worth of job experience throughout both the private and public sectors combined.
possess a minimum of a second-class upper qualification in addition to a bachelor’s degree.
Candidates for positions in the Nigerian public service are expected to demonstrate a high level of intellectual competence, clear evidence of their ability to lead others, and a genuine desire to have a positive impact on the country’s ongoing reform efforts.
