Cathie Wallace Bursary, 2023


Students from the European Union and students from other parts of the world who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at the School of Human and Social Science and would like to apply for a scholarship are encouraged to do so. The recipient of the Bursary award will study at the University of West London during the academic session that runs from 2023 to 2024.

The applicant needs to be able to demonstrate that they have the potential to perform academically in an environment with hard financial conditions. Candidates who wish to be considered for the Cathie Wallace Bursary award 2023 are required to fill out an application form in which they detail their academic accomplishments. The Cathie Wallace Bursary award 2023 is funded by Professor Cathie Wallace. Candidates will be required to provide details about their current and past financial situations.

Qualifications Required for the Cathie Wallace Bursary, to be Awarded in 2023
Applicants must be from the United States, the European Union, or another country.
The applicants’ personal statements and financial needs are taken into consideration during the selection process.
To be eligible for this award, applicants must be enrolled in the School of Human and Social Sciences in either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program during the 2019/2020 academic year.
Candidates are expected to maintain a satisfactory academic and attendance record during the entirety of the program.
Applicants have to be willing to attend any event that the Office of Development and Alumni Relations deems necessary, whether it is the Donors and Scholars Reception or something else entirely.
The applicant is required to compose a brief letter of gratitude to the donor who will be responsible for the funding of the prize.
Additional Important Guidelines Applicants must carefully follow all of the instructions in order to avoid being disqualified from the competition.

The writings ought to be legible, written in BLOCK letters, and done with black ink.
The application form needs to have every section properly filled out before it can be submitted.
You are allowed to submit an application for more than one award, but you can only win one (1).
It is not acceptable to submit or email supplemental materials in a separate package; rather, they must be physically connected to the application form. There are two letters of recommendation from a mentor, as well as proof of the applicant’s total salary. These are the supporting documents.
