Scholarships and Awards for International Students at Trent University in 2023 Trent University in Canada is pleased to announce that applications for the Trent International Scholarships and Awards to be given to exceptional international students for the academic session 2023-2024 are now being accepted.
Students from other countries are eligible to apply for scholarships and awards provided by the organization, provided they have an excellent academic record, a history of community service, the potential to take on leadership roles, and some financial need. As long as the student maintains a satisfactory academic standing, the scholarships and awards will be extended for an additional one to three years of undergraduate study or until the student earns their degree, whichever comes first.

The Criteria for Eligibility
Participating universities are responsible for ensuring that they meet all of the following criteria in order to be considered for the Trent University International Scholarships and Awards 2023:
1 Applicants must be an international student who will be applying in Canada on a study permit.
2 Applicants must apply to an undergraduate degree program at Trent University degree program at Trent University for the Fall 2023 intake.
3 Applicants must be entering Trent University from a recognized secondary school, college, or other university.
4 Applicants must meet Trent University’s admission requirements, including general and degree-specific requirements and the English Language Admission Standard.
5 You must demonstrate superior academic achievement (“A average or equivalent standard).
6 You must have demonstrated leadership through community service or excellence in the arts, sports, or other areas of individual achievement.
7 You must upload two letters of recommendation.
8 You must complete and submit the online Trent International Scholarships & Awards application by February 15, 2023 at 11:59:59pm, Eastern Time, on your MyTrent.
Procedures for Making Applications
Instructions for Applying: If you log into your MyTrent account, navigate to the Finances tab, and you will find the application form for the Trent International Scholarships & Awards. In order to use the MyTrent portal, you will need a seven-digit Trent student ID number, which you will get within five business days after submitting your application to Trent.
On the form, I would appreciate it if you could provide the following information:
1 Information about applicant
2 Financial resources and estimated costs
3 Personal statement (500 words max)
4 List of community service and/or extra-curricular activities (3 activities)
5 Critical reflection of community service and/or extra-curricular involvement (500 words max)
6 Essay on a topic that you are passionate about (500 words max)
7 2 letters of recommendation
Applicants are to note that:
1 Full application details will be available in the Trent International Scholarships & Awards application form.
2 Students do not need an offer of admission to apply for Trent International Scholarships & Awards.
3 Scholarship values are subject to change.
